I've done the work.

I started developing software in 2010. Today, I lead technology teams and departments, bringing the same curiosity to people, systems and the decisions between them.

My experience has grown through development, project management and engineering leadership into CTO responsibility. I stay close enough to the implementation to understand what a decision asks of a team.
